  • Call (478) 278-4488 and speak to a technical support representative.
  • Or, you can send e-mail to support@dublinga.info 24 hours a day.  We respond to email as soon as possible during business hours.

Our tech support hours are as follows:

  • Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Note: When calling for tech support after 5:00 PM weekdays, Saturday and all day Sunday you will be greeted by our voice mail answering system. Leave a brief message stating your name, your phone number, your accountname (if hosting with us) and a brief description of your problem. A tech support representative will then call you back.
